Consent - we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
By voluntarily giving us your name and contact details, you consent to sharing this personal data with us.
Where we get your personal information from
Directly from you (via email) or from a third party who has introduced you to us, with your consent.
How we store and how long we keep your information
We will keep your contact details, records of meetings and notes taken during coaching sessions in password-protected digital format.
We will keep this data for two years after the last contact with you.
Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from online files.
If you would like us to retain this data for longer, please notify us so that we can retain it in a secure archived file.

This data processor manages our availability, which is visible to our clients and uses Zoom to send invites and reminders to our clients, via email.
Zoom
This data processor provides us with a platform to host video calls with our clients and sends invites and reminders to our clients, via email.
Sharing information outside the UK
Where necessary, our data processors will share personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
