Coaching offers a chance to reflect and explore new possibilities.
You might be looking to make some changes, navigate a current challenge or lead a more fulfilling life.
You have the solutions which will work best for you and I’m here to help you find them. In that sense, coaching is non-advisory and non-judgemental.
You’ll be in the driving seat, determining the direction of travel and I’ll be the passenger - with a map of questions. We may explore your assumptions, beliefs, values, and options, to discover new perspectives, which will empower and motivate you.
Coaching themes are broad and may focus on tangible goals such as career moves, professional skills, personal relationships or intangible ones for example self-esteem, overwhelm or life satisfaction.

Taking time to recognise what's happening in your life, how that makes you think, feel and act gives you more awareness and agency. It can empower you to make changes, feel less overwhelmed and more confident.
Life coaching can be viewed as part of an ongoing wellbeing routine or dipped into when you're at a crossroads or facing a particular challenge.
Being human means accepting and embracing the unknown at times. I've been on my own journey of self-discovery, arriving at a point where I feel most authentically and contentedly myself. Life coaching has played a huge part in that, and I'd love to support you in experiencing it too.

One of my core values is connection. It's incredibly important to me that you feel seen and heard in our sessions, which is why I will do my very best to provide a nurturing, confidential space where you feel comfortable exploring the full spectrum of human emotions and leave feeling lighter and clearer.
My training is intentionally broad, and I have a variety of techniques, approaches and exercises in my toolkit. I want to meet you where you're at and support you in a way that's productive, empathetic and impactful for you.
During our sessions I'll share insights on your body language as well as your internal narrative. We'll also look at how your current thinking patterns are impacting how you feel and act.

If you’re new to life coaching, the 6 x 60-min Mindset Reset programme is the best place to start. This focuses on a specific mindset which is holding you back.
For a broader reflection on different influences in your life, the 6 x 90-min session THRIVE programme would be more suitable.
If you'd like to build life coaching into your regular wellbeing routine, then monthly 60-min check-in sessions are available. These offer a chance to check in on whether your reality is aligning with how you want to be living.
