  • Bespoke Sessions—Supporting you to navigate specific challenges, decisions and choices you're facing.
    Minimum of 3 x 60-minute virtual sessions.

  • Leadership Development—Understand what you prioritise as a leader, how others view your leadership, the potential they see in you and how you can develop.
    3 x 90-min virtual sessions (once we have received your Barrett Leadership Report).

  • THRIVE—A structured programme identifying what you need to thrive and lead a more fulfilling life, with a bespoke action plan to implement lasting change.
    6 x 90-min virtual sessions with self-reflection exercises in between.

  • Monthly Wellbeing—Regular monthly check-ins to encourage awareness, reflection and change.
    12 x 60-minute virtual sessions.

1:1 Coaching

Chance to connect with others in a warm, collaborative space. Together we'll explore challenges you're facing and consider fresh perspectives. You'll leave feeling seen, heard and supported.

  • Coaching Circle—An opportunity to share challenges and gain fresh perspectives and guidance.
    6 x 60-minute virtual sessions with a maximum of 6 participants.

  • Monthly Wellbeing—Regular monthly group check-ins to encourage awareness, reflection and change.
    12 x 60-minute virtual sessions with a maximum of 6 participants.

  • Team Coaching—One-off or regular team sessions encouraging connection, collaboration and communication.
    Maximum of 10 participants. Bespoke virtual or in-person session.
